Core is Premier Software’s leading product and its flexible design and single database structure can be tailored to meet the requirements of both standalone businesses and hotel groups. Core gives a 360-degree view of the business, helping to build profitability and manage the day-to-day operation by overseeing all aspects of a leisure club, and spa, from booking an appointment to administering membership fees.

Premier has launched a number of online tools to complement Core, including a Premier smartphone and tablet app that allows operators to book and review appointments on the go, Premier Kiosks to reduce congestion at hotel receptions, and Premier Web, which allows guests and members to book their own appointments and activities online.

“Core’s intuitive design helps the operator to maximise each opportunity for the spa and leisure departments. Monitoring the cost of the services is essential; within Core, the costs are defined including the product recipe against each treatment, allowing you to compare the actual stock used against the recommended usage,” explains Premier Software corporate sales manager Robert Whitehead.

Owing to its recent growth, at a rate of 20 new product installations per month, Premier will soon be moving to new premises in order to accommodate more training seminars.
