Rotana has signed an agreement with Ossis Property Developers to manage a 311-room property on Bahrain’s Amwaj Islands project.
ART Rotana will be located near the coast of Muharraq Island and will feature a combination of luxurious rooms and presidential and vice presidential suites with sea-facing views and a modern design.
F&B offerings at the hotel will comprise eight outlets including an all-day dining restaurant, a steakhouse, a beach restaurant, a bar, an Italian restaurant, a lobby lounge, and a patisserie.
Other facilities at the hotel will include extensive banqueting and conference facilities, such as a ballroom and eight fully-equipped meeting rooms with the latest AV equipment, as well as a leisure and wellness club with three swimming pools, a kid’s waterpark, and recreation facilities.

Operations at the hotel will be overseen by the general manager – Joe Batshoun – who brings 28 years’ experience to his role.
