Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, the debut property for the luxury hotel brand in the emirate, is taking reservations for stays from December 1, although it will open on November 1.
In addition to the introductory rates we revealed yesterday, here is what we now know about the resort:
ROOMS AND SUITES
It will have 237 guest rooms and suites and cover a total of 14 acres
Balconies outside each of the 237 guests rooms and suites will be able to accommodate both a daybed and a dining table, offering panoramic sea views or the city’s skyline
The resort will have three suites on its fifth floor include two 510 square metre Presidential Suites, each one with its own media room, private gym and panoramic sea views from the terrace.
The 600 square metre Royal Suite will have a spa, gym, butler’s room and, at the heart of the space, a living room with its own piano.
While more details are yet to be revealed, there will also be a freestanding villa hidden in the gardens of the resort.

LEISURE
The resort will be situated on a 270 metre long natural beachfront and will have a watersports centre with kayaks, dinghies, catamarans and paddleboards.
In the evening, there will be a firepit is surrounded by seating on the beach.
Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach will have two outdoor, free-form swimming pools, in addition to an indoor pool in the spa and fitness complex.
Guests will be able to reserve Day Villas – these will be “super cabanas” which will include a private sun terrace plus mini bar and flatscreen tv in an air-conditioned interior. They will also have private indoor and outdoor showers and a bathroom.
