Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts has opened a luxury property at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, its third in the US state.
The new Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort has 443 rooms, including 68 suites, and is located minutes away from Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Officially opened on August 1, the resort has its own attraction, Explorer Island. It features a 7590 square foot family pool, beach volleyball, outdoor movie nights on the Starstruck screen and smokehouse barbecue at PB+G, the pool bar and grill.
Regional Vice President and General Manager Thomas Steinhauer said: “Honestly we’ve been like children looking forward to their first trip to Walt Disney World, dreaming of the possibilities and counting the days. Now at last we’re open, and we can’t wait for [guests] to join us.”
