4. Design and deliver innovative training sessions for new employees to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, and on the job training to assist operations and keep staff up to date with the latest initiatives in their departments.
5. Develop a motivated and dynamic team, building on the loyalty of staff to their jobs, and the hotel and brand. Harness a feeling of belonging, which will become reflected in daily duties. Also invest in constant training to improve employee skills and knowledge and better deliver and exceed guests’ expectations.
