Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas has introduced ten deluxe over water pool bungalows at Anantara Veli Resort & Spa, one of its properties in the Maldives.
The addition of the new keys brings the total room count at the resort to 67 bungalows, across four accommodation types.
“Anantara Veli has long been a classic Maldivian favourite and we are delighted to broaden the resort’s appeal to couples seeking romance,” said Anantara Resorts’ cluster general manager in the Maldives Torsten Richter.
“Our ten new deluxe over water pool bungalows offer personal relaxation areas in a contemporary living space.”

Each of the new bungalows is positioned directly above a turquoise lagoon, giving unobstructed ocean views, with a plunge pool and a stairway that descends into the glistening lagoon below.
Anantara Veli now features 36 over water bungalows, 14 deluxe over water bungalows and 10 deluxe over water pool bungalows. There are also seven deluxe ocean pool bungalows.
