The newly launched Ramada Abu Dhabi opened its signature fine dining outlet Karamna Beirut Restaurant, developed by restaurateur Tony Karam whose family owns and runs the Karam restaurant brand

Karamna Beirut Restaurant has been designed to offer authentic Lebanese food in Abu Dhabi.

Ramada Abu Dhabi general manager Rene Vincent said, "We are proud to launch Karamna Beirut Restaurant and are confident it will undoubtedly become a destination for the finest Lebanese cuisine in Abu Dhabi for residents and tourists."

The restaurant's executive chef is Mohamed Molla who has over three decades of experience working with 5-star hotel brands such as the Marriott and Hilton across the Middle East as well as parts of Europe.

The interior of the restaurant has marble floors, intricate Arabesque carvings and mosaic work on the walls, wood paneling and stained-glass lamps and chandeliers.

In addition to the main dining area that can accommodate 98 people, the restaurant also has three private dining rooms each with a capacity of six seats. Two of the private rooms can be combined into one.

Karamna Beirut's menu includes favourites such as hummus, tabouleh, muhammara, kibbeh, kibbeh nayah orfalyah, kufata nayah, warak enab, arayes with tahina, maajoka and shish taok.

Molla has also added his signature dishes including arayes tochka, makadem, mahashi al taj, assfir machweya, richtarbely, kamia with meat, baidganam and lahme naya.
