Ayla Hotels Group has appointed Tariq Aboudi as group director of human resources and training.
Aboudi brings more than 30 years’ experience to his new role, having started in the rooms division and front office.
Prior to joining Ayla Hotels, Aboudi was human resource and training manager at Sharjah Premiere Hotel & Resort, and Jumeirah Rotana Hotel.

Tariq Aboudi graduated from Jordan University in 1994 and holds an M.A. in educational psychology.
