Prologic First showcased its range of apps and cloud-based software at the Hotel Show Dubai, which took place this week at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The Indian software development and marketing company is continuing to focus on promoting its range of hospitality apps, including @ your wish housekeeping app and mobile touché for F&B outlets.
Explaining the functionality of @ your wish, Amit Sharda, vice president hospitality at Prologic First said: “It’s for task management – any guest queries in the hotel are sent directly to the person on that floor.
“So if a guest asks for a pillow, the request goes to the housekeeper on that floor and when they complete the task they can close that call.”

Mobile touché on the other hand provides a paperless solution for catering staff in F&B outlets to take orders, and similarly the most popular app in the range is the paperless check-in and check-out app, which allows front of house staff to take guests details on an iPad.
Additionally the company has launched a cloud-based PMS available on mycloudhospitality.com.
Sharda commenting on the new software said: “There’s no human interaction you can just go on the website and start selling rooms within 5 minutes.
“Absolutely no training is required. There’s no demo required; it’s pay as you go and it’s free for one month.”
“We present ourselves as a swiss army knife because we have solutions for all the requirements of a hotel. Everybody is still focused on mobile apps and we’ll be working more closely on this,” he added.
The Hotel Show Dubai took place from September 28 – 30 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
