Meliá Hotels International has launched Meliá Pro, a new portal for travel agents, which features a booking engine, competitive rates, and up to 16% commission on bookings.

In addition to a commissionable retail rate option, Meliá Pro will also offer a net rate option, enabling agents to collect gross payment from clients with a net remittance, allowing agents to collect immediate commission.

The portal will also include Meliá Pro Rewards, a loyalty programme that offers exclusive rates and benefits for agents, including a 25% discount at any available rate, at the group’s 350 hotels worldwide.

Meliá Pro Rewards replaces Mas Amigos, however, all member points accrued on the old platform will automatically transfer to the new programme upon registration.

Later this year, Melia Pro will launch an e-learning tool with the latest information on all its brands Gran Meliá, Meliá Hotels & Resorts, Paradisus Resorts, ME by Meliá, Insside by Meliá, Tryp by Wyndham, and Sol Hotels.
