A 100-room hotel and state-of-the-art spa have officially opened airside at Hamad International Airport, Doha’s recently-inaugurated hub.
Located in the south node of the airport, The Airport Hotel and Vitality Spa are open to all travellers passing through the hub.
Guests staying at the hotel can choose from superior, deluxe and executive rooms, or executive suites, which can be booked for 0-3, 3-6, 6-12 or 12-24 hours.
During their stay they can take advantage of the 70 retail outlets and 30 F&B locations at the airport.

The Airport Hotel general manager Philippe Anric said: “Our focus at the hotel is to offer the very best hospitality experience to all our guests whether they are staying with us for one hour or one day.
“We look forward to welcoming passengers to The Airport Hotel where excellent customer service will always remain our number one priority.”
All passengers, regardless of whether they are staying at the hotel, can use the Vitality Spa, which features a 25-metre swimming pool, full-service gym equipped with cardiovascular machines and the support of a personal instructor, as well as two squash courts.
There spa also has three treatment rooms for men and two for women, and a hydrotherapy bath is also available in both the male and female spa areas.

A second 100-room hotel is set to open in the airport's north node at a later date.
