Hotelier Middle East and sister title Caterer Middle East have unveiled their event calendars for 2015, with speaker and sponsor opportunities available across the board.

The first event of the year is the Caterer Middle East Food & Business Conference On March 3 at Grosvenor House, which will once again deliver a platform for food & beverage managers, executive chefs and restaurant managers to debate the hottest topics in the culinary arena.

The following week on March 10, the hugely popular Hotelier Spa & Wellness Summit will return to Grosvenor House, with spa demonstrations, workshops and debates on the issues impacting spa & wellness professionals in the Middle East.

Hotelier Middle East will then head to Qatar for the Qatar Hospitality Summit on April 22, to be held at Grand Hyatt Doha. Qatar’s hotel GMs and key influencers will be invited along to discuss and debate the exciting developments in one of the GCC’s biggest growth areas.

The Hotelier Housekeeper Forum will take place on April 28 at Grosvenor House, attracting the cream of the region’s housekeeping talent to discuss the most pertinent issues in their departments.

The following month, on May 19 the region’s most eco-conscious hoteliers will get together at the Hotelier Middle East Sustainability Summit to talk about best practice and how we can make the region’s hotels greener.

On June 2, the Hotelier Middle East Safety & Security summit will attract hotel security teams to Emirates Towers to discuss the importance of security departments to the entire hotel operation.

The biggest and most anticipated event on the calendar is the Hotelier Middle East Great GM Debate, which this year attracted around 200 general managers from across the region, who took part in panel debates on key issues.

One of the major highlights of the event was a live Q+A with HE Helal Al Marri, director general Dubai Department of Tourism & Marketing Commerce (DTCM).

The event will once again take place at Jumeirah Beach hotel on 21 September, with the region’s top GMs set to attend.

Two Caterer Middle East events will take place in October on consecutive days. The Caterer Bar & Nightlife Conference will draw in bar, outlet and operations managers to share best practices on October 13.

The following day on October 14, Caterer Chef & Ingredients will focus on food from farm to fork and will provide chefs and restaurateurs with a forum to discuss key issue.

The final event of 2015 is the Hotelier Procurement Summit, which will provide finance and purchasing staff with a platform to discuss trends, best practice and challenges in the Middle East hotel procurement landscape.
