Zuma & Oblix global managing director Ajaz Sheikh has been placed on the top spot in the Caterer Middle East Power List 2014.
Sheikh was the regional managing director for Zuma, but as a result of his efforts with the brand in the region, has been promoted to becoming the global managing director of the company. He will officially begin this role in January 2015.

Zuma Dubai celebrated its sixth anniversary this year, with continued double digit growth. In 2014, Sheikh opened Zuma Abu Dhabi and achieved profit within the first month of operations.
In additon, his responsibilities included the Zuma brand in Turkey. He will also be involved with the opening of Zuma New York in January 2015.
