What is your newest product?

Our in-room dining range has had several new launches this year including the Enviro Caddy electric timer, Buggy Box resort food delivery system, Smart Trays for dining and service, and the Butler food delivery system. The Butler solution was originally designed in conjunction with Armani Hotels and an affordable adaptation is our newest release to international hospitality markets.

Why is this product special?

Featuring the immaculate design demanded by Armani and mounted on smooth rolling wheels, the system comprises a hot box, cold box, two nesting trays, a lid, wine rack, cutlery drawers and storage for glasses and four show plates. The Butler solution keeps hot food hot, cool food cool, and overcomes the problems associated with unwieldy, old fashioned food service trolleys and trays.

Why does my hotel need this product?

The Butler service system can be adapted for use in many different situations. As well as breakfast, lunch and dinner service, the hot box can be removed and the lower part of the unit used for tea, coffee or dessert service. The unit also emerges in another guise at cocktail hour, complete with wine, snacks, cocktail ingredients, and a cocktail shaker and ice in the cool box. Room service staff find it extremely practical and easy to use, and its contemporary design takes in-room dining to a new level.
