Hilton Worldwide is to become the official hotel supplier to golf’s European Tour, which includes a number of major events in the Middle East and culminates every year in Dubai.
The three-year partnership will begin in 2015 and will see Hilton host Tour staff in properties close to tournaments around the world, and particularly in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific.
Hilton will also advertise through various European Tour channels, including its official website, promoting the various hotel and golfing experiences on offer across the world. The operator will also have access to various hospitality packages and appearances from player ambassadors.

“The partnership with The European Tour is part of a commitment to enhance our customer experiences, in this instance with those who share our passion for golf.”
Among the major tournaments of the European Tour calendar are the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters, held in Doha, January 21-24, and the Omega Dubai Desert Classic, from January 29 to February 1.
Meanwhile, the tour’s overall competition is called the Race to Dubai, with the seasons culminating with the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, November 19-22.
Hilton Worldwide has more than 50 properties with connected or associated golf courses, including the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah.
