Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has revealed plans for a luxury hotel and residential project situated along Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River, set to be completed by the end of 2018.

The luxury hotel operator is partnering with real estate developer Country Group Development on the new Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River and Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.

Situated on a waterfront location, the hotel will have more than 300 rooms and suites, while the residences element will consist of over 350 all-corner luxury units in a 73-story tower.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Country Group on the historic development of this unique and exquisite Bangkok landmark located on the banks of the Chao Phraya River,” said Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts president, Asia Pacific Michael Crawford.

CGD appointed masterplan and design consultants Hamiltons International and consulting interior design group BAMO to design the property.

Four Seasons already operated the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, a 354-key property locate in the heart of the city.
