The Lady Grey
Twinings has introduced The Lady Grey as a sister blend to the popular Earl Grey blend. Some customers found Earl Grey to be a bit overwhelming, and the firm wanted to retain the essence of Earl Grey but with a more subtle flavour — by infusing the tea with less bergamot and including orange and lemon. This created a very light and refreshing citrus taste and led to Lady Grey becoming an instant classic. This product will be available from February 2015 onwards.

Té Reval
Jafferjee Brothers’ luxury tea brand, Té Reval, has no chemical flavours, preservatives or additives. Only whole leaf teas and tisanes are used to preserve the aroma in each item. Each item is packed into pyramid-shaped silken tea bags. Catering to the premium food service segment, Té Reval launched the Singles product where each pyramid tea bag is individually packed inside a small square-shaped carton. This allows the customer to choose his preferred tea or tisane.

Jing has designed, developed and launched new products and service styles specifically for the luxury hotel and restaurant environment. The company has recently introduced the Mobile Tea Bar concept, which will be available from early 2015, and transports the art of authentic tea-making directly to the guest.
