Japanese restaurant and lounge, Sho Cho, located in Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi has introduced a new initiative for aspiring mixologists – The Sho Cho Cocktail academy.

The outlet has designed a timetable of training, which involves creating cocktails to be paired with delicious sushi.

Starting on February 29, from 6:30-8:00pm students will be taught to make three specialised cocktails by the manager at Sho Cho Abu Dhabi.

Everyone that attends class receives a Maki roll as an after class snack, inclusive of happy hour Mojitos until 10pm. Each class is priced at AED 175 per person.

For homework each student will take home a goodie bag containing a full mixology kit so that they can practice their new techniques in time for the next class.
