Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano has appointed Eric Pellen as its new executive chef, a role in which he is overseeing the entire operation of nine upscale outlets, as well as banqueting.
He joins the hotel from Indonesia, where he worked at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, most recently as executive chef.
Originally from Brittany in the northwest of France, Pellen has more than 20 years of experience in hotels and restaurants around the world.
Pellen has previously worked in the Middle East, with spells as executive sous chef at St Regis Doha and Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz Carlton Hotel.
