Le Méridien Dubai Hotel and Conference Centre has released a gourmet cookbook which celebrates the food across its 18 restaurants and F&B venues.

‘Secrets of Gourmet Cuisine’, which has been personally designed by executive chef Pierrick Cizeron and his team of chefs, was officially launched on February 26.

The books gives access to the best dishes at the hotel, from around the world, and is aimed at readers with a passion for cooking.
