Emaar Hospitality Group’s Vida Hotels and Resorts has signed an agreement with Nshama to operate a lifestyle boutique Vida hotel and serviced residences property in Dubai’s Town Square development.
The 180-key property will overlook the central park, and will offer easy access to a retail precinct set over 2.5 million square feet with more than 600 retail outlets.
The hotel will feature a number of value-added services for guests, including the use of smart technology, which will allow them to access the hotel’s amenities through their smartphones.
Other offerings at the hotel will include speciality restaurants, business centres, a swimming pool, fitness facilities, and a dedicated spa.

When completed, the Town Square project will feature more than 3000 townhouses and 18,000 apartments, in addition to retail, commercial, and hospitality space. The masterplan also includes a central hub with shopping and dining districts, plazas, greenbelts, mosques, and educational insttitutions.
Vida Hotels & Resorts currently operates two properties – Vida Downtown Dubai and Manzil Downtown Dubai.
