Qatar-based Katara Hospitality will manage the Saraya Corniche Hotel under the Murwab Hotel Group, its recently re-launched standalone operating arm.
The hotel, owned by Sphinex Hotels & Resorts was first announced in December 2013 as part of The Avenue, a Murwab Hotel in the Al Sadd district of Doha.
Saraya Corniche Hotel, owned by Sphinex Hotels and Resorts, is scheduled to open later this year.
The property will feature 221 rooms and suites equipped with the latest technology, as well as restaurants, meeting spaces, and recreation facilities.

Murwab Hotel Group will operate a portfolio of hotels both under its Murwab Hotels brand as well as independent properties.
Future Murwab Hotel-branded properties will include the Grand Murwab City Center; The Avenue, a Murwab Hotel and Simaisma, a Murwab Resort. Independent properties will include Saraya Corniche Hotel and City Gate Hotel.
