Grand Millennium Dubai will participate in this year’s Arabian Travel Market (ATM) to showcase the hotel’s refurbishment and development plans, including the revamp of its signature Asia restaurant, Toshi.
The hotel’s general manager Peter Mansourian said: “Demand has increased but so has the hotel inventory in the city and we expect occupancy levels to remain similar to last year. Existing hotels have to finesse their products to compete for business as customers will be looking for more than just the best rate."
He further added that while business was extremely dynamic and profitable in 2014, increased competition in the hotel sector in Dubai is good news for customers.
Following the refurbishment of Grand Millennium Dubai's hotel apartments last year, its restaurant portfolio is undergoing changes, with a new outlet serving authentic Arabic cuisine being added.

In addition, visitors to ATM 2015 will learn more about hotel’s plans to revamp its signature Asian restaurant Toshi, located on the 18th floor of the hotel, and offering five types of Asian cuisine.
"We are very excited about the refurbishment plans for Toshi, which have been designed to make the restaurant the new 'talk of the town' venue in Dubai," said Mansourian.
