Carlson Rezidor is set to open the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Apartments Al Rigga, Dubai in May 2015.
The mid-market property will be the brand’s second in Dubai, and will comprise 149 studios and apartments.
Facilities at the property will include an all-day dining restaurant, a speciality restaurant, a banquet hall, a health club, and an outdoor pool.
Located in Dubai’s Deira district, Park Inn by Radisson Hotel Apartments Al Rigga is located close to Dubai International Airport.

Rezidor president and CEO Wolfgang M. Neumann said: “We are delighted to open our second Park Inn by Radisson in Dubai. Re-launched as a contemporary and compelling brand for young and youthful travellers, Park Inn by Radisson is a great addition to the city’s hospitality market.

The signing brings Carlson Rezidor’s UAE portfolio to 16 hotels, with more than 3800 rooms under operation or development.
