Marjan Island Resort and Spa in Ras Al Khaimah, part of Terhab Hotels and Resorts, has appointed Saif Bassem Mseis as the director of sales for the 301-key property, as reported by Trade Arabia.
“We are confident that Saif, a seasoned hotelier, is the right person to further uplift the resort with dynamic new ideas and his sharp sense of sales expertise”, said Marjan Island Resort & Spa general manager Roger Tannous.
Mseis holds a Bachelors degree of languages from Yarmouk University in Irbid, Jordan, and brings 13 years of sales experience to his new role. He has worked across a number of hotels in Dubai, including JW Marriot, Radisson SAS, Rotana Hotels, and most recently, Movenpick Jumeirah Beach Hotel, where he oversaw the sales department as the associate director of sales.

As the DOS at Marjan, Mseis is expected to take a leading role in sales performance for the island resort, creating new sales alliances with international and emerging markets, and to contribute in business generation to the Terhab Group.
