It is the world's largest developer of voluntary international standards. Use of the standards ensures that products and services are safe, reliable and of good quality.
The standards help businesses increase productivity while minimising errors and waste. By enabling products from different markets to be directly compared, it facilitates companies in entering new markets, and assist in the development of global trade on a fair basis. The standards also serve to safeguard consumers and the end-users of products and services, ensuring that certified products conform to the minimum standards set internationally.
Dajani added: “That is why this certification sets us apart from our competitors who are not ISO certified.”
This also, Dajani said, equips FEBC International to adequately deal with the challenges in the hospitality industry. One of the many challenges facing hotel owners and developers is how to appoint the right FF&E and OS&E procurement management consultant for their projects.
