Citymax Hotels, a part of the hospitality division of Landmark Group, has started construction for its two new properties in Dubai, one located in Al Barsha and one in Business Bay.
The group will add a new tower near the existing Citymax Hotel Al Barsha to accommodate increasing demand. It will be within walking distance of Mall of the Emirates and the Dubai metro, featuring 120 rooms and City Cafe – the all-day dining restaurant concept for the group, plus one additional bar.
Moreover, guests staying in Citymax Hotels Al Barsha, or the new tower can benefit from integrated signing privileges, and will be able to dine in the various outlets and charge it to their room in either hotel. The new tower is expected to open by October 2016.

Also, breaking ground earlier this month, the new hotel located in Business Bay will be ready to welcome guests early 2017. With a two-storey high atrium lobby, three restaurants and bars plus meeting rooms and banqueting facilities, Citymax Hotels Business Bay will be an addition to the budget hotel category.
Rooms at Citymax Hotels Business Bay will be larger than the standard for budget hotels, featuring additional built-in bedding to accommodate up to four people. The hotel has also planned smart features to attract the millennial travelling on a budget.
