Tamer Refaat will be in charge of managing and strengthening the hotel’s relationship with current clients, while focusing on generating leads and developing new markets.
He will also be responsible for running the hotel’s sales strategies and activities that will maximise revenues at the property.
The Egyptian national brings more than 14 years of industry experience to his new role, having previously worked with hotel chains such as Shangri-La and Raffles.
