The Caterer Middle East Awards 2015 is set to take place tonight at a gala ceremony at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, with 15 winners to take home the trophies.
Anticipation is high, with shortlisted candidates eager to find out who will be crowned the winners for this year.
Categories span the breadth of the F&B industry, from Head Chef of the Year to Waiter of the Year, and from the ever popular Kitchen Hero of the Year to Restaurant Team of the Year.
Starting at 7:30pm, the ceremony will take place at the ballroom at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai.
