A group of 20 key positions from the Coral Beirut Al Hamra Hotel’s front office, service, and housekeeping departments are currently undergoing comprehensive training programmes conducted by the Lobster Ink Online Training.

Coral Beirut Al Hamra general manager Hartmut Grauel said that staff knowledge and education is a critical component to any business model. He said: "However, it becomes even more critical for people working in the hospitality industry as guests’ expectations are always high."
