Paul Evans, managing director and owner, Solutions Leisure, and Caterer Middle East Awards 2015's Restaurateur of the Year revealed that the company is all set to launch a new concept in TECOM, Dubai.
Evans told Caterer Middle East the DNA of affordable, home-grown concepts, and making every guest feeling comfortable runs in everything the firm works on, including in the new concept called Lock, Stock, and Barrel.
He said: “We just signed a deal in TECOM and we’re going to build an 8000m2 party bar, with a big high ceiling, great sports on the weekend, fabulous ladies’ nights, European live music, and again, four-star offering - nothing too pretentious.”
In the UAE, Solutions Leisure operates Karma Kafe, Q43, Asia Asia.
Evans said one of the biggest challenges in a market with great concepts is coming up with something different
“We’ve always said that we’re not interested to take anyone else’s business, we want to build our own business, so we work on building what is different to everything else.”
