Starwood Hotels & resorts properties in the region hosted the sixth annual Iftar for Cabs initiative on 8th July.
More than 40 Starwood hotels from the region handed out iftar packs to taxi drivers and Uber drivers at the main entrance of each hotel.
Catering teams at the hotels prepared iftar packs that included a selection of food and beverage items, which were then handed out by associates from across various departments within the hotel.
The Iftar for Cabs initiative was launched in 2010 and has since become an annual tradition for the group.
Participating hotels included Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection Resort, Aloft Abu Dhabi, Four Points by Sheraton Downtown, Le Méridien Al Aqah Beach Resort, Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel, The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, and The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa.
