Why is it important to Coffee Planet to support the Hotelier Middle East: Great GM Debate?

What do you think are the main challenges facing UAE hotel GMs in 2015?

Hotels in the UAE market continue to face stiff competition, which will grow along with the industry. To keep up with such competition, quality and a focus on the customer will remain paramount to enhance an overall stay and experience.

To harness a hotel or hotel groups service, differentiation is key by working with home-grown and local brands to create a high-quality, authentic experience which stands out from the crowd.

As a true crop to cup company, we recognise consumers are becoming more discerning down to the finest details including coffee knowledge and taste, which we aim to meet with our holistic approach to complete coffee solutions for hotels, restaurants and catering companies alike.

What most excites you about the UAE hotel industry in 2015?
