Gromaxx Hotels Management, which manages the Ramada property, has appointed Julien A. Pechey as the new GM of the Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche.
French national Pechey previously held the position of General Manager of Ramada Ulaanbaatar City Center, Mongolia for more than two years, bringing 18 years’ experience with him to Abu Dhabi.
Prior to joining Ramada Ulaanbaatar in Mongolia, he worked at resorts and hotels in the South Pacific, Africa, Asia and East Europe.
“My mission and aim in working for Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche is to ensure that we deliver the brand promise to our customers – leave the rest to us. Our core values rich of over 61 years of worldwide experience – the first Ramada being launched in 1954 – are a guarantee of a customer – oriented philosophy,” said Pechey.
Commenting on his appointment, Mr. Jamil Khan, Director of Operations for Gromaxx Hotels Management said “I believe Mr. Pechey is the right person to carry out this mission given his long experience in the hospitality sector.”
Ramada Corniche has 235 rooms and is only about 20 minutes from Yas Island and only 45 minutes away from Dubai.
