Ramada Downtown Dubai welcomes its new training and quality assurance manager, Rohitashva Ghai.

A key position in the property, Ghai is tasked with designing and carrying out suitable training and development courses for associates, to maximise their skills and identify career growth paths.

He will also head the orientation sessions for new joiners, and keep track of training trends and best practices in the field.

As quality assurance manager, he has to ensure that Ramada brand standards and guidelines are adhered to.

Ghai acquired his extensive experience from India, having worked in the aviation and hotel industries for nine years before moving to Dubai.

He started his career as an flight attendant in Jet Airways, following which, he joined the hotel sector working for top hoteliers across India’s major cities.
