Etihad Holidays and Hala Abu Dhabi have signed a stopover agreement with Ramada Hotel Abu Dhabi Corniche.
“As per the agreement, passengers flying Etihad Airways will be acquainted with the facilities and services offered by Ramada while it will also be included in the stopover directory of Etihad Holidays within a promotion programme”, said Ismail Ibrahim, DOSM, Ramada Abu Dhabi Corniche
Ibrahim concedes that Etihad and its passengers would stand to be the beneficiaries of this deal, as the national carrier has a flight network of nearly 85 destinations worldwide and transported over 15 million passengers in 2014.
“Ramada has also finalised deals with travel agencies in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia as part of its summer promotion activities. The hotel has geared up to receive guests from all GCC countries, mainly families, adding that it has already prepared summer packages till the end of September,” he added.
He lauded the efforts exerted by Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority to promote the summer season 2015 in the capital, and stressed the need for organising more events in the summer months to attract visitors from all GCC countries.
Ramada is the only four-star hotel overlooking the Abu Dhabi Corniche, strategically located near Abu Dhabi’s key attractions. It comprises of 235 rooms, bolstered by restaurants, cafes, spas, a business centre and other facilities.
