Fume, the European-Asian fusion restaurant so popular in Pier 7, which embraces a fun, funky style reminiscent of travelling the world on a simple budget, has now opened its second Dubai location in Manzil Downtown Dubai.
The new location offers seating for over 200 diners, across two floors and a terrace with views of the Burj Khalifa.
Via Fume’s open plan kitchens, diners can see their food being prepared, which will feature Fume’s fusion of European and Asian flavours. The outlet is also known for its variety of cooking methods for meat and fish, which include smoking, pickling, preserving and braising.
Jas Hospitality, which owns Fume, has recently welcomed a new group director of culinary, Emiliano Bernasconi, former director of culinary of Armani Hotels & Resorts.
Jas Hospitality's current brands include Qbara Restaurant Lounge & Bar and Fümé, Pier 7 & Fümé, Manzil Downtown Dubai.
