Oryx Rotana Doha has named Delphine Maillard its new director of food and beverage.
Maillard comes with 22 years of experience within the hotel industry. She obtained her degree in Hospitality Management from Lycée Alexandre Dumas School in France.
From training in different hotels in France starting when she was 17 to working in five-star hotels in UK, Maldives, UAE, Qatar and Scotland, she has also experienced working in Michelin star restaurants.
She has accomplished one hotel refurbishment and dealt two hotel openings.

“I’m happy to be back in Qatar,” said Maillard. “I look forward to our plans in refurbishments of the Oryx Rotana Hotel and to further enhance their already exceptional guests’ experience”.

The hotel is owned by Qatar Airways and managed by Rotana.
