Now open inside Emirates Academy of Hospitality, the new Raw Café is the Dubai-born coffee roasting company's first eatery.
Naturally, Raw’s own coffee will be served at this new venue, serving up a 100% organic brew. Chef Christopher Zerbe heads up the café’s kitchen, which will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Chef Zerbe has created a low key, comfort food menu, featuring breakfast wraps, house-made granola, soup, sandwiches, salads, cakes and pastries.
The café offers access to an outdoor terrace, and an additional terrace on the roof is due to open early next year.

This week, on Thursday December 10 the minds behind Raw Coffee Company and Mokha 1450 will be hosting an unofficial barista aeropress championship.
Taking place from 8pm inside Mokha 1450 on Al Wasl Road, the competition is a ‘for fun’ event, described as ‘underground coffee fun’ by the organisers.
While the prize on the night is a rubber chicken, winners may have the opportunity to take their skills to the barista aeropress championship in Ireland.
