Eric Lanlard recently appeared in a TVC for Sheraton Park Hotel in London where the celebrated TV chef and French pâtissier is seen taking the Mercedes racer Lewis Hamilton’s order.

The ad that tracks Hamilton’s stay through the London hotel’s facilities sees the three-time Formula 1 champ check in to the hotel, while housekeeping makes his room à la pit stop-fashion.

Hamilton is then seen ordering a grilled salmon and fresh juice at one of Sheraton’s restaurants, the order is relayed to Lanlard in the back of house, who then gets cracking.

French-born Lanlard has been associated with SPG and recently held a ‘Soir D’Orient’ Afternoon Tea at Le Royal Meridien’s Stratos in Abu Dhabi.

The TVC appeared towards the end of last month, around the time the final F1 race of the season took place at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi.

Hamilton tailed off towards the end of the season, with Nico Rosberg finishing strong. The British driver, however, had made the title his own thanks to his strong start to the season. A feat that possibly left the driver time to pursue his commercial endorsements.
