Nominations for the Caterer Middle East Awards 2016 will open this month, with entries to be accepted via Survey Monkey.
The link will go live mid-January, with more details to be released on Caterer Middle East’s online home, www.hoteliermiddleeast.com, including a detailed how-to guide to enter the awards.
Nominations will close at the end of March.

The eighth annual Caterer Middle East Awards ceremony will be held in Dubai on June 1 2016, with expectations of it being the biggest event yet — and popular categories returning this year include Head Chef of the Year and Kitchen Hero of the Year.
Caterer Middle East editor Sarah Jacotine said: “The Caterer Middle East Awards are like no other awards in the region because they celebrate the people working tirelessly to put the culinary scene in the Middle East on par with the most exciting in the world.
"There has been a surge in outlets launching over the past 12 months, so I hope to see some new faces nominated alongside F&B industry stalwarts.”
