The St. Regis Doha has made key appointments to its team in F&B, sales & marketing, as well as human resources.
Giuseppe Losciale, Walaa El Sayed, and Mark O’ Brien have joined as the property's executive assistant manager of food & beverage and executive assistant manager of sales & marketing and director of human resources, respectively.
Losciale, of Italian origins, brings more than 15 years of experience to his role, having worked in a number of international hotel chains across several countries such as, China, Costa Rica, Brazil, Italy, England, Switzerland, Germany and UAE.
In his role as EAM F&B, Losciale will manage the food and beverage operations for Astor Grill, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Oyster Bay, Sarab Lounge, Al Sultan Brahim, Vine, Vintage, Gordon Ramsay Mediterranean, Opal by Gordon Ramsay, banquets and external outside catering.
El Sayed joins the team as the new EAM of sales & marketing with more than 15 years of experience to his role, having worked across the GCC. El Sayed has extensive experience in the areas of sales, business development, finance, marketing, revenue, reservations and room operations.
El Sayed will be responsible for driving the overall sales and marketing strategies and supporting the executive team with all of their activities.

The new human resources director, O’ Brien, of Australian origins, brings more than 20 years of international experience to his new role, having worked in hotel chains in the UAE and Australia.
He has extensive experience in employee and industrial relations, talent management, recruitment, manpower planning, strategic planning and risk management.
In his role, O’ Brien will manage and oversee all human resources and training activities, which include strategic and tactical direction of HR, recruitment, talent management and employee and industrial relations.
