Executive chef Stefan Trepp's career spans more than 20 years in premier hotels and restaurants in his native Switzerland and around the world/
His accolades include the ‘Schweizer Star Im Ausland’ (Swiss Star Abroad) from Gault & Millau which he received in 2015.
He has previously worked with Mandarian Oriental and Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts.

Medronho also brings 20 years of experience with opening hotels, and joins at a time when the hotel is planning to introduce new concepts and cuisines to maintain the novelty of the hotel’s restaurant offerings.
His past experience includes Starwood, IHG, Four Seasons, Marriott International and Ritz-Carlton.
The property currently has 14 outlets, a team of more than 100 chefs, and more than 200 in the F&B department.
