Nominations for the Caterer Middle East Awards 2016 are now open, with entries being accepted via Survey Monkey.

There are 16 categories this year, with the reinstatement of popular category Bar Manager of the Year – last included in 2013.

The eigth annual Caterer Middle East Awards ceremony will be held in Dubai on June 1, 2016 with expectations of it being the biggest event yet .

"There has been a surge in new concepts over the past 12 months, so I think we are going to see some new faces nominated and I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing a greater number of entries from the wider region – Qatar, Egypt, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia,” commented Caterer Middle East editor Sarah Jacotine.

Nominations will close at 11.59pm on Thursday, March 31, after which no more submissions will be accepted.

Nominations are only valid when made via Survey Monkey – any nominations in any other format will not be accepted.
