Hertz Langdet Martin has been appointed as HR manager for Copthorne Hotel Dubai.
Hertz Langdet Martin brings ten years of experience accrued in four and five star hotels in the UAE. She has held senior HR manager and director of HR roles, and has gained experience in running skills training, setting up new departments in pre-opening phases of hotels plus day-to-day HR operations and strategic planning.
Regarding the new HR appointment, Copthorne Hotel Dubai GM Glenn Nobbs said: "We are glad to welcome Hertz, who is a certified trainer, to Copthorne Hotel Dubai.
“She has been brought on board to help bolster the hotel team with a new direction in HR processes, succession planning and development of workforce. With a deep knowledge of the hospitality industry as well as proven track record in HR, she will be instrumental in contributing to our success."
