The Ascott Limited opened the doors of new hotel Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah on February 14 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The property is the first under Ascott’s Citadines brand to open in KSA. It is also the group’s third serviced residence in Jeddah.
The property offers hotel apartments, with one-, two- and three-bedroom options available. Guests in the apartments can choose serviced options, such as daily or weekly housekeeping and laundry services. Additional facilities available include a 24-hour reception, WIFI, residents’ lounge, café, prayer room and gym.

Ascott’s area general manager in the GCC Vincent Miccolis commented on the launch: “We’re delighted to welcome our first guests to Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah. The Apart’hotel’s well-appointed and contemporary design is complemented by high-end facilities and will set a new benchmark for serviced residences in Jeddah.
“What’s more, our fully-customisable pick-and-choose menu of services allows guests to personalise their stay to suit both leisure and business needs.”
New property Citadines Al Salamah Jeddah has been designed for short-term and long-term stays in Saudi’s Red Sea region, and is located in the in Al Salamah district, 15 minutes’ drive from King Abdulaziz International Airport.
