Yesterday, February 20, Tamani Marina Hotel in Dubai held a voluntary blood donation drive for employees and guests, in collaboration with Latifa hospital.
The hotel held the blood donation drive as part of its programme of CSR initiatives, which have in the past included work to help orphaned children, in collaboration with the Red Crescent Authority.
The hotel’s general manager Walid Al-Awa commented: “This initiative translates the humanitarian, social role and duty of the hotel and its contribution to local community by extending a helping hand to the sick and hospitals that need the support of the community to donate blood units”.
