New serviced residences, Somerset Panorama Muscat, opened its doors in Oman on March 1 2016.
The Omani property is operated by The Ascott Limited, and is the first Somerset branded property in the Sultanate of Oman.
Located in the Bawshar district of Muscat, the 277 key property is comprised of serviced residence units. The units are divided between studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments options.
Facilities within the units include a fully-equipped kitchen (cooker, kettle, fridge, all crockery and cutlery), plus separate living, dining and work areas. Guests also have access to a 24-hour reception, daily housekeeping service and WiFi.
The property will be primarily expecting business travellers and family holidaymakers. Facilities at the new Somerset Panorama Muscat include a café, restaurant and swimming pool, and separate male and female gyms.
Ascott’s area general manager in the GCC, Vincent Miccolis commented: “As Ascott’s first serviced residences in Oman, visitors will now be able to enjoy the same level of personalised service for which Ascott is renowned in almost 100 cities across 27 countries.”
