Restaurateurs Tom Arnel and Sergio Lopez have revealed that they will soon launch their fifth concept in Dubai and they will give diners a sneak peek at Dubai Food Festival's flagship event Taste of Dubai this weekend.

The Bull & Roo Hopsitality and Investments co-founders and co-managing directors made the announcement at the Caterer Middle East Food & Business Conference, held on Tuesday March 8 at Grosvenor House Dubai, in an on-stage interview with Caterer Middle East about their experiences in F&B.

Arnel said of the new concept: "It will be in an area that we find unique, it’s going to be licensed and it’s going to have a Mexican cantina feel to it. It will be a really fun, cool place to come for lunch or dinner and it’s designed to encourage women to come."

Lopez added that they have been working on this outlet, which will be called Muchachas, and Brunswick since last year, and the company is expanding its workforce significantly as the number of venues grows.

"Today we have 230 staff and by the end of the year we are looking at having about 500," he revealed, adding that 2016 will be a "a big year" for Bull & Roo Hospitality.

Muchahas, expected to open by late July, will follow hot on the heels of Brunswick Sports Club at Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, Arnel and Lopez's first licensed venue, set to launch in March.

The duo already operate casual dining outlets Tom&Serg, The Sum of Us and Common Grounds in Dubai.
