Earlier this month Caterer Middle East's fifth annual Caterer Food & Business Conference took place at Grosvenor House Dubai, revealing a number of F&B trends for 2016.
The one-day event began with a quick-fire expert panel comprising F&B consultants, head chefs, restaurateurs and investors, during which eight of the conference's 24 speakers pinpointed 15 trends they saw emerging.
